This estudi provides key evidence for the consolidation of the co-operative housing model in the context of the transfer of use, highlighting its contribution to sustainability, social justice and the values of the Social and Solidarity Economy in the field of housing policies. This is a pioneering research that not only assesses the net impact, but also accompanies the definition and implementation processes with a systemic and intersectional gender perspective.
