Technical assistance in scalability, transferability and public policy impact to the Red Cross CRECE project.

GROW is a Red Cross Spain social innovation project focused on tackling the complex issue of unwanted loneliness through new approaches.

Andaira is carrying out a strategic consultancy process on the innovative solutions implemented in the project based on a set of enquiry, prospection, identification and systematisation tools which, combined, will enable Andaira to GROW to make progress in defining scalability objectives first and then in achieving them.

We accompany the team, adjusting to their time, obligations and needs in order to provide them with the necessary knowledge and procedures to move forward on the agreed challenges. An operational scalability guide, a mapping for political advocacy or a modelling that systematises the fundamental elements of the project. GROW are some of the products being developed in the project.
