We are a work cooperative of social initiative, composed of a team of professionals specialised in consultancy services, social research, evaluation of public programmes and policies, training and development of innovative projects focused on several areas of work: social innovation, gender and diversity, youth, disability, health and wellbeing, collective entrepreneurship, participation and community development.

Since 2005, we have been working to promote social transformation towards a fairer, more democratic, feminist, participatory, sustainable and egalitarian society. To this end, we put people at the centre and we are committed to a horizontal business model that prioritises social and ecological benefits, within the framework of the Solidarity Economy.

Our clients value our ability to listen to their needs and propose innovative solutions: we are aware of the importance of adapting each proposal to their needs.. To this end, we take into account different inclusive and cross-cutting perspectives, which integrate diversity, the promotion of participation and co-responsibility, placing value on endogenous potential and resources.
