Andaira has developed in collaboration with COTACERO Estudios Urbanos y Territoriales the participatory process for the development of the Advance of the General Urban Development Plan of the municipality of Torrelodones. The aim of the participatory process is for the PGOU to have the consensus of the different political forces, associations and citizens.

This will allow the approved document to serve as a guide for the coming years, regardless of the team in power at any given time.

During the process, several working groups were held, using methodologies adapted to the context (problem trees -> solution trees, Delphi...) to gather the concerns and proposals of the residents of Torrelodones and ensure that these could be effectively integrated into the Draft of the PGOU and the annex to this work for the development of a Revitalisation Plan for the neighbourhood of La Colonia de Torrelodones.
