We are facing a paradigm shift.

The prevailing economic system is based on logics that look at reality from a reductionist and mechanistic point of view. A logic based on the ideas of control and order. But at the same time, we already know that contemporary reality exceeds these logics. Many thinkers have introduced new concepts that are more adapted to social systems and that allow us to approach reality from a different approach, an approach that takes complexity and uncertainty into account. This is why, if we want initiatives framed within the Social and Solidarity Economy to be resilient, they must start from a different approach, one that incorporates uncertainty and is based on principles that take into account complexity in a constantly changing world.

This is why we are proposing this conference in which, through different activities, we will explore the possible contributions of the Solidarity Economy in the face of uncertainty.

This conference is part of the European project for transfer and innovation. PACTES (a partnership for the strengthening and professionalisation of European Social and Solidarity Economy actors).
