He holds a degree in Political Science [UGR] and Master in Contemporary Latin American Studies [UCM] and Master in Evaluation of Public Policies and Programmes [UCM].
Her interests lie in the field of South-South cooperation and social policies, and she has experience in consultancy and in different international organisations in the Ibero-American sphere. She has also developed part of her professional work in the accompaniment and dynamisation of participatory processes.
In the field of evaluation, he has participated in the European project GobAb for the promotion of Open Government in Public Administration. He is currently weaving networks among emerging evaluators to bring evaluation closer to citizens.
