Organisational consultancy for Municipal Social Services

Andaira, through the Tangent Group has been running a consultancy since November 2017, which aims to provide support for the Municipal Social Services of the San Fernando de Henares Town Hall.
The proposal is oriented towards the improvement of processes and results, through a process of reflection and analysis.

This process aims to design a useful assessment that provides the information necessary to achieve the following purposes:

1. Contribute to learning by providing information about one's own practice, identifying issues to be strengthened or modified.
2. Provide information to facilitate the strategic decision making and on day-to-day work processes.
3. Implementing a participatory process that gives a voice to the people involved, This will provide key information on these people and respond to their information needs.
   This contributes to greater ownership of the process and the application of the results.

The project is being developed in different phases and is scheduled to run until June 2018.
