Through the Tangent Group, Andaira, together with Dabne, Idealoga y Pandora, In 2016, they are developing the second edition of the programme Together we undertake in Madrid.

The programme pursues the following general objectives:

• Promoting the entrepreneurial skills of the target group in order to improve their employability, socio-labour conditions and quality of life..
• To enhance the self-esteem, autonomy and personal and collective empowerment of the participating women in order to take the initiative over their lives.
• To improve the capacity of the participating women to set up an individual or collective entrepreneurship project.
• Encourage models of cooperative entrepreneurship.
• Improve the appropriateness and quality of the intervention in each of the territories involved [...].Catalonia, Aragon and the Basque Countrythrough the coordination and exchange of experience.

Likewise, Together we undertake is conceived as an innovative pilot project in terms of its concept and application, which is being developed over time through networking.

The following apply practical and dynamic methodologies that help develop creativity, collective intelligence and the skills needed for collective work and cooperation. It seeks to generating “soft” and friendly, inclusive and cooperative spaces that enable women's entrepreneurial practices. Concrete examples and practices are used to visualise the advantages of collective entrepreneurship such as resource management, complementarity of competences, synergies, mutual assistance, risk sharing, etc.
