The interactive tours are part of a proposal to organisational accompaniment for AXA MEDITERRANEAN HOLDING S.A. which started at the end of 2015.
On this occasion, we accompanied AXA in its new challenge of moving its headquarters, since the change of building also involves a major change of location. change in the company's organisational culture.
To facilitate and drive this change, we created tailor-made tours with interactive stops at the most significant places in the new building.
Through artistic methodologies, The various working teams were able to to get to know in an experiential and proactive way the different facilities and spaces, as well as the new uses of these, being able to reflecting on new practices associated with organisational change.
Once again we corroborate how art allows us to think beyond the known, to overcome fears, resistances and to dream of new possibilities.
