Andaira has developed a number of training actions aimed at to enable participants to design, plan, manage, develop and evaluate social projects.

In our experience we have trained groups as diverse as associations, professionals in social intervention, disability integration, social exclusion or primary health care.

In coherence with the need to adapt each training proposal to the specific group to which it is addressed, we have developed a participatory methodology that values the collective intelligence of each group, enhancing the skills and knowledge of the individuals who make it up, understanding training as a structured process of encounter from the experiential, to incorporate the knowledge and experiences that people bring from their own background. For this reason, theory and practice are united at all times, using group techniques and resources for the transmission of content.
