Strategic Accompaniment Process

The Strategic Accompaniment Process for the Sphere Foundation aims to analyse its organisational situation, design and operationalise a strategic plan for the coming years in order to face internal and external challenges.

For its implementation, methodologies are applied to ensure a rigorous and participatory approach that is aligned with the reality of the sector. These innovative diagnostic and planning methodologies will allow us to generate spaces for constructive dialogue and translate collective reflection into concrete actions that strengthen the Sphere Foundation and ensure its long-term sustainability.

The Esfera Foundation is a non-profit organisation that, since 1986, works to improve the quality of life of people with intellectual disabilities and their families. Esfera develops its activity in key areas such as training, employment, housing, culture, leisure and independent living, contributing in a comprehensive way to social and labour inclusion in Leganés.
