Desde Enero de 2015 Andaira presta sus servicios a las Mancomunidades de Servicios Sociales MISSEM y Pantueña de la Comunidad de Madrid para el desarrollo de los programas de PROMOCION DE LA IGUALDAD DE OPORTUNIDADES ENTRE MUJERES Y HOMBRES y de ACTUACIONES DE PREVENCION Y SENSIBILIZACION DEL PROGRAMA DE ASISTENCIA INTEGRAL Y MULTIDISCIPLINAR A LAS VÍCTIMAS DE VIOLENCIA DE GÉNERO Y A SUS HIJOS E HIJAS Y OTRAS PERSONAS DEPENDIENTES. Ambos programas se han conveniado por las Mancomunidades con la Consejería de Empleo y Mujer de la Comunidad de Madrid (Dirección General de la Mujer).
