The design of the Equality Plan The first step is to draw up a diagnosis of the organisation's situation which serves as an instrument for the creation of a general framework for action, where the objectives and measures for action in the field of equality are set out and, within a given timeframe, their application in the organisation is implemented, thus creating the Equal Opportunities Plan for women and men.

In the first phase of the consultancy, the following has been carried out equality diagnosis with the aim of identifying gender differences, inequalities or discrimination that may be occurring in the organisation. In a second stage, the Equality Plan before the Negotiating Committee and if agreed, it will be approved at the same meeting.
