https://consaludmental.org/p...The study seeks to explore and analyse in depth the current situation of mental health care for children and young people, paying special attention to the state of mental health services, the existing needs and demands and the resources and means available to provide such care, focusing on the entities of the MENTAL HEALTH SPAIN network.
This is a very relevant study in two dimensions. Firstly, it arises from the Confederación Salud Mental España, one of the leading organisations in Mental Health and, secondly, it responds to the need to carry out a diagnosis of child and adolescent mental health within and outside the Confederación. Therefore, the results will serve to identify good practices as well as barriers and needs in this field.
The approach is primarily qualitative. It includes interviews, focus groups and participatory techniques for the structured generation of collective knowledge, such as the Delphi methodology. It also includes different levels of participation of the organisation, through various working spaces, such as the driving group and the group of territorial managers.
