The aim of this consultancy has been to provide Save the Children a service consisting of the final external evaluation of the Pilot Project of inclusion itineraries for families in situation of vulnerability.. This pilot project has been funded by the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration through the European Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan [Next Generation Funds] and has had the following objectives goal to reduce the impact of poverty on children, through the development of a model of integral itinerary that to favour the social inclusion of families in situations of social vulnerability.
The objectives of the evaluation were:
- Validate causal hypotheses of change. Specifically:
- Establish which factors have the greatest influence on the results obtained.
- To study the processes deployed during the intervention, in order to assess their adequacy in achieving the expected results.
- Formulate precise conclusions and lessons learned to improve the design and implementation of the intervention.
- Effective communication of evaluation results to reinforce the learning process.
