Alma Porta Lledó

She holds a degree in Sociology [UV], a Master's degree in Programme and Public Policy Evaluation [UCM] and a Master's degree in Urban and Territorial Planning [ETSAM-UPM].

As an evaluator of public programmes and policies, she has developed projects in the fields of social programmes, culture, housing and urban public policies, health, education, R&D&I and ecological transition, among others. She stands out for her skills in evaluation guided by the Theory of Change, impact evaluation, quantitative and qualitative analysis, graphic design and data visualisation.

She is Vice-President of Aproeval, She is a member of the Iberian Association of Evaluation Professionals. She has been a technical advisor in the Accountability Unit of the Presidency of the Spanish Government. In the previous years, she developed her professional activity at Means Evaluation through the design and implementation of assessments, monitoring systems, research and training.

He has published two manuals and has received two international distinctions, as well as an honourable mention for his Master's thesis.
