This qualitative research project, funded by the State Research Agency, aims to investigate the impact of the platform economy on consumer habits.
In addition to this, the situation of confinement and changes in consumer habits, brought about by the impact of the pandemic and the resulting economic crisis situation, have been explored.
Qualitative exploration of consumer discourses in relation to the growing rise of e-commerce based on: interviews with consumers; interviews with workers in the sector; focus groups with different consumer profiles; and interviews with experts.
