In coordination with the Department of Equality and Participation of the City Council of Alcalá de Henares, during every Thursday in April 2021 we have met with more than 17 Associations of Alcalá de Henares to carry out a training to equip participants with the tools they need to mainstreaming the gender approach in their Associations.
In this way we have addressed issues such as:
- Importance and benefits of gender mainstreaming in partnership
- Organisational X-ray: good practices and new horizons
- Participation, Conflict Resolution and Feminist Leadership
- Inclusive communication
