She is a graduate in Labour Relations [UAB] and holds a Master's degree in Socio-Labour Rights [UAB] and another Master's degree in Interdisciplinary Gender Studies [UAM].
As a consultant, she has mainly focused on the development of Equal Opportunities Plans for Women and Men and studies on Well-being and Work Climate in companies. She has also provided technical assistance for the design of public policies on gender and care for different public administrations.
In research, she has participated in studies on employment and working conditions, gender, health, housing, social protection and care with different subjects such as the elderly, young people, migrants, women, families... for both public administrations and non-governmental organisations.
