Training course on freedom of movement and residence of EU citizens and their family members
The aim of this course is to provide knowledge to the agents involved in the exercise of free movement and residence rights in order to eliminate obstacles and errors in their application.
This training course is part of the project ‘Citizens Without Borders’ which is funded by the European Commission. The project aims to improve the knowledge and implementation of EU regulations related to free movement and the right of residence for EU citizens in accordance with Directive 2004/38/EC. The training is based on research carried out in five European Union countries on the application of the rights of free movement and residence provided for in the Directive.
