Marina Onetti Mateos

She holds a degree in Sociology, a Master's degree in Policy and Programme Evaluation [UCM], and a postgraduate degree in Applied Social Research and Data Analysis [Centro de Investigaciones Sociológicas]. As an evaluator and researcher, she has worked for different institutions such as the State Observatory of Gender Violence, the CIS, the Complutense University, or the National Institute for Educational Evaluation [INEE].

She has extensive knowledge in qualitative and quantitative research and evaluation methods and techniques, with emphasis on Theory of Change and Impact Evaluation (experimental and quasi-experimental models, modelling,...). She has worked on different topics such as health, gender, disability, entrepreneurship (among others).

She is a lecturer and tutor in the Master's Degree in Policy Evaluation at UCM. She also conducts training in evaluation for other institutions. She has published several publications in the field of evaluation.
