He has a degree in Political Science and Administration [UCM], with training in social research techniques and Public Policy on gender. He has developed his career in social research and consultancy for public administrations and third sector organisations since 2005. She currently works as a Productive Coordinator in Andaira.
She has specialised in the development of applied social research projects in various fields [gender, social services, employment, disability, environment, democracy, urban planning, new technologies and migration] always focused on improving public services and knowledge of social reality.
In the field of consultancy for public and private administrations, she advises on the design, development and evaluation of public policies, such as strategic plans: Equality Plans, Participatory Processes.
It has developed numerous co-educational projects aimed at children and adolescents and training for cooperative entrepreneurship.
